WINX DO Ergo Stand

The WINX DO Ergo stand is a compact vertical laptop stand. It holds a laptop upright on the desk. This frees up the horizontal surface area that a flat laptop occupies and creates a cleaner workspace. It is particularly useful for users who work at a desktop monitor and keyboard setup using the laptop in closed-lid mode. The laptop is connected to an external monitor, keyboard and mouse rather than used open on the desk.

The adjustable slot width accommodates laptops of different thicknesses without needing a size-specific stand. Padded contact points cradle the bottom edge of the laptop. They prevent scratching or marking the chassis surface during insertion and removal. A stable weighted base prevents the stand from tipping when inserting or removing the laptop with one hand during busy workday transitions.

Storing a laptop vertically reduces its desk footprint from the full 300-350mm width of an open laptop. The closed chassis occupies only 20-25mm of depth in the stand. Vertical storage prevents heat accumulation under the chassis that occurs when the laptop rests flat on a desk surface for extended periods.
