Refund & Returns Policy
At Briggi Tech, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Downloadable software
- Opened consumables
- Items damaged by user misuse
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a product, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges
- You’ll be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service.
