Briggi Tech is an online electronics retailer specialising in laptops, monitors, peripherals, audio equipment, projectors, gaming gear, networking, and storage products. We sell directly to consumers and businesses across South Africa.

Products and Pricing
- All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you place an order, we will contact you before processing, and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
- Product availability is subject to change without notice. Where a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a refund or suitable alternative.
Orders and Payment
- An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
- We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout (including PayFast).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Where an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in full.
Delivery
- We deliver nationwide across South Africa.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete.
Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
- Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, available on this website.
- Many products sold by Briggi Tech carry a manufacturer’s warranty (for example, from brands such as HP, LG, WINX, Keychron, Redragon, Wanbo, and PCBuilder). Warranty terms, periods, and claim procedures are determined by the relevant manufacturer or supplier and will be communicated at the time of purchase or provided with the product.
- For warranty claims, please contact us and we will assist in directing your claim to the relevant supplier or service centre.
